Control Systems, Inc. is a leader in the building management services market in the quad-state area and beyond. Our services include design and installation of automated building control systems, process controls, and energy management programs for commercial and institutional facilities. We also perform service and maintenance programs for a variety of HVAC/R equipment.

Founded in 1968, Control Systems, Inc., conducts business in selected regions of Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. We are an authorized independent field office representing INVENSYS Climate Controls America (fka Siebe Environmental Controls). Our primary product line includes control devices and systems developed by INVENSYS, as well as controls originally marketed under both the Robertshaw and Barber-Colman names. Our engineering staff and service personnel have the skill and experience necessary for proper application and maintenance of control devices produced by these and other manufacturers.

Since its establishment, our firm has remained locally owned and operated. The corporate Directors are regularly employed by Control Systems, Inc., maintaining immediate involvement with the daily operations and direction of the company. Their combined experience in the building management services industry totals over forty-five years.
